Course Content:

3 ½ Hours Courses:

• Drivers Hours & Working Time Directives including Tachographs
• Road Traffic Law
• Manual Handling
• The Highway Code
• Conflict Management
• Customer Care
• Fuel Efficient Driving
• Safe & Legal Driving

7 Hours Courses:

• Emergency First Aid At Work (7 hours)
• This course can also be accredited if required by learners

Who is this course designed for:

All drivers who drive commercially in vehicles of and above 3½ tonnes for hire and reward required CPC. You’ll get your Driver Qualification Card (DQC) when you’ve completed either:

1. Your initial qualification
2. Your 35 hours of periodic training if you have a Great Britain photocard licence with the category gained before September 2009

You’ll then need to do 35 hours of periodic training every 5 years to keep your Driver CPC.
